About Lorraine Gleeson
Lorraine has been offering hypnotherapy in Portsmouth and surrounding areas since 2004. Friendly, approachable and experienced, Lorraine has worked with many clients to support them on their journey to change. In 2007, she became a trainer of hypnotherapy and went on to open the Hampshire School of Hypnotherapy in 2009, where she continues to train and mentor aspiring hypnotherapists.
Lorraine is also the author of How to be a Hypnotherapist and her latest book How to Facilitate IMR, Regression, Inner Child and Gestalt Techniques – a practical and empowering guide for hypnotherapists looking to deepen their skill set.
